How to become a Partner:

  1. Create a WESPORT Account, using a recognized email of your organization, which means that your Discord or Twitch social login must correspond to an account registered using your business email.
  2. Make sure you've properly logged-in.
  3. Submit a request by clicking here.
  4. Once you became a WESPORT Partner, you will be invited to a reserved Discord Server, for communications, support, news and more.

Organizer Partner

Requisites:

  1. You should organize Tournaments for at least one or more recognized Games.
  2. Your staff teams must be composed by at least 3 or more peoples.
  3. You should have organized at least 3 interesting and documented tournaments.
  4. You should have a validated organization, like an A.S.D / S.S.D (for Italian Organizers).

Guidelines:

  1. You must follow our Tournament Guidelines as your main goal. Violating any part of its form will result in Strikes or Kick from the Partner Program.
  2. Each organizer will have 3 strikes available during the WESPORT's Partnership. A strike will be added during the violation of the regulation or more commonly for the failure to reach the minimum requirements in a competition. WESPORT reserves the right to evaluate the severity of the individual violation, regardless of the number of strikes available.
  3. If you will be kicked from any WESPORT Partner Program you will never be able to be part of any other WESPORT Partner Programs again.
  4. As a Tournament Organizer you will be added to a Partner Program Level, according to 3 parternship levels.
  5. As a Tournament Organizer, you will be required to pay an yearly and a non-refundable plan.

Partner Levels:

  1. Partner Level 1:
    1. Discord verification is required. Which means that at least the Team Leader must be logged in using Discord.
    2. While submitting a tournament without any prize, it will be automatically published. Also, you cannot be able to submit tournaments with prizes, using WESPORT. Hiding in any way a prize-pool of a tournament, using WESPORT services, will result in a kick from the WESPORT partner program.
    3. You will not be attached to a WESPORT Entity. Then your players will never be able to submit a WeCard from your tournaments.
    4. You will not be able to apply a Poster to your Tournament.
    5. You will not be able to ask for Game Account automations.
    6. You will not be able to list your Partnership and/or Sponsorship on a tournament, including redirect links.
    7. Your tournaments will be subject just to Qualifier Leaderboards only.
      What about Ranking and Grades?
  2. Partner Level 2:
    1. WESPORT must be used as the only platform to manage and host online competitions. Using any external esports platform will result in a kick from the WESPORT partner program.
    2. Discord verification is required. Which means that at least the Team Leader must be logged in using Discord.
    3. While submitting a tournament with prizes, it must be verified from our Team, according to the Entity Minimum Requisites. While submitting a tournament without any prize, it will be automatically published.
    4. You can organize tournaments with prizes, directly connected to a WESPORT Entity and automations provided by the WeCard System. Once you've reached a total value of 1.000,00€ / per year, you will never be able to submit more tournaments with prizes. So, each tournament with prizes of any kind (real money, peripherals, giveaways and more) will be valued.
    5. You will be attached to WESPORT Partner entities only. WESPORT Verified entities will be available only for Partners Level 3. Click here to check our entities.
    6. You will be able to apply a Poster to your Tournament.
    7. You will be able to ask for Game Account automations.
    8. You will not be able to list your Partnership and/or Sponsorship on a tournament, including redirect links.
    9. Your tournaments will be subject just to Qualifier and Grade 3 Leaderboards only.
      What about Ranking and Grades?

    1. WESPORT must be used as the only platform to manage and host online competitions. Using any external esports platform will result in a kick from the WESPORT partner program.

    4. You can organize tournaments with prizes, without limitations, directly connected to a WESPORT Verified Entity and automations provided by the WeCard System.

    7. You will be able to ask for Game Account automations.
    8. You will be able to list your Partnership and/or Sponsorship on a tournament, including redirect links.
    9. Your tournaments will be subject just to Qualifier, Grade 3 and Grade 2 Leaderboards.

Entity Partner

Before submitting an application for a Partnership of this kind, we suggest you to check the WeCard Docs.

Requisites:

  1. You must be officially recognized and available on the official C.O.N.I. page.
  2. If you're not directly recognized by the C.O.N.I., you must be at least affiliated to one of these, then authorized to release memberships. (You must upload your authorization in a PDF format during the Partnership application).
  3. An API system to connect WESPORT WeCard system to your system.
  4. One-time payment for the first integration with the API system of 100,00€. It could require up to 30 days to develop the system.
  5. Once everything will be confirmed you will finally become an Entity Partner.

Once you became a Partner:

  1. The API system must always be guaranteed.
  2. In the event that the API doesn't work properly, a responsible must always be guaranteed who can access WESPORT directly and solve the problem.
  3. An yearly fee of 200,00€ must be paid.

Violating even one of the previous points will result in a kick from the WESPORT partner program.

Coach Partner

Exclusively for those who reach the Pro Players, this kind of partnership program will unlock the feature "coach" on the WESPORT platform. Click here to know more about Coaching rules.

  1. Requisites:
  2. Play at least 5 tournaments of Grade 3.
  3. Reach the 3rd place in a tournament Grade 3 with at least 32 Players or 16 Teams.

Commercial Partner

  1. Introducing friends and associates as tournament organizers will allow you to earn up to 50,00€ per Partner.
  2. Introducing friends and associates as entity will allow you to earn up to 100,00€ per Partner.
